200kg deadlift at 16 years old anyone know why i lost balance there on the lockout What can I improve Very well made.
Deadlift Form check. 255 lbs x 5. I know my 5th rep my back was curved a lot. But are the first four reps okay or is there still too much curve on them Very well made.
Am I rounding my back too much deadlifting Very well made.
I m struggling to understand why doing a small block of barefoot lifts no oly made my PB feel like a warm up. Would that indicate some sort of posterior chain weakness or a hip other imbalance Very well made.
